This week’s top movies, songs and books

At the box office over the weekend ended Jan. 31, "Kung Fu Panda 3" opened at No. 1 at the box office with $41.0 million in ticket sales. "The Revenant" was No. 2 with $12.4 million.
In movie rentals for the week ended Feb. 1, according to iTunes, "The Martian" was at No. 1, with "The Intern" at No. 2.
On iTunes yesterday morning, "Summer Sixteen" by Drake was the No. 1 song, followed by "Pillowtalk" by Zayn.
And in books, "Blue" by Danielle Steel debuted at No. 1 on The New York Times’ hardcover fiction best-sellers list for the week ended Jan. 23, and it was also No. 1 on USA Today’s book chart for the week of Jan. 28.
