Entercom has named Richard Schmaeling chief financial officer, effective April 18. Schmaeling most recently held the same position at Travel Leaders Group.
Westwood One has promoted Mark Wildman to executive vice president of strategic partnerships, based in New York and reporting to president of sales Steve Shaw. Wildman joined the company last year from William Morris.
Agencies
IPG Mediabrands has named Arun Kumar chief data and marketing technology officer, a newly created position. Kumar was previously global president at Cadreon.
Jenny Campbell has been promoted to managing director at 72andSunny, in charge of the agency’s Los Angeles office. She replaces Chris Kay, who has taken an international position.
Minneapolis agency mono has named Adam Crandall director of strategy, effective immediately. Crandall was previously communications strategy director at Target.
Magazines
AMG/Parade has promoted Kevin Craig to senior vice president of newspapers relations, up from vice president. Craig is also a former vice president of the newspaper relations group for Parade magazine.
Richard Just has been named editor at The Washington Post Magazine, beginning on April 3. Just has previously served as editor at The New Republic, Newsweek and National Journal.
Out Of Home
Out-of-home advertising company AllOver Media has named Bill Corvalan vice president of West Coast brand partnerships, effective immediately. Corvalan joins from Billboard-The Hollywood Reporter Media Group, where he was managing director of brand partnerships.
TV/Video
Nickelodeon Group has promoted Gemma Lawson, naming her vice president and design director for global creative. Lawson had been senior design director for global creative.
Actress Ashley Judd has joined the cast of Epix’s drama “Berlin Station” for its second season, playing a CIA officer. Judd’s most recent regular TV role was on “Missing.”
Robert Blackmore, former executive vice president of advertising sales at NBC, died earlier this month at age 90. No cause was given. Under Blackmore’s watch, NBC became the first network to have a $1 billion upfront, accomplishing the feat before the 1985-86 TV season.
