So who will win November sweeps?

The fall season has seen a surprising number of new shows (nine and counting) receive full-season pickups, despite relatively low ratings.
That reflects the current state of broadcast, which faces greater competition than ever from online video, not to mention time-shifting of shows that are watched days or weeks after their original broadcasts via DVR.
So far, no new show has been officially canceled, though several have had their orders cut.
