Kansas City agency Barkley has promoted Susan Neuman to senior vice president and head of production, a newly created position. Neuman joined in 2014 as vice president and executive producer.
Agency Sid Lee has promoted Will Travis, naming him U.S. executive chairman and global head growth officer. Travis had been chief executive officer for the agency’s New York and Los Angeles offices.
Team One has named Tim Wettstein executive creative director, based in the agency’s Dallas office. Wettstein was most recently creative director at 72andSunny.

Sony Pictures Television has named Stacy Weitz vice president of communications, reporting to executive vice president Paula Askanas. Weitz joins from PMK·BNC, where she was senior vice president of corporate communications.
Jessica Haagmans has been named managing director at A+E Networks UK, in charge of its new Benelux office. Haagmans was previously in charge of Benelux sales at Affilinet.
Actress Robin Givens has joined the CW’s upcoming series “Riverdale,” a present-day drama based on the Archie Comics characters. Givens will have a recurring role as the mayor of Riverdale.
Netflix has added Betty Gilpin to the cast of its 1980s wresting series “G.L.O.W.,” which stars Alison Brie. Gilpin will play a former soap actress who is lured back into show business.
Jason Ritter has joined Amazon’s upcoming drama “Goliath,” playing an FBI special agent. Ritter previously appeared on “Parenthood.”
Singer Mary J. Blige will guest on ABC’s “How to Get Away with Murder” next season, although her role hasn’t been revealed. Blige’s most recent acting roles were on “The Wiz Live” and “black-ish.”

Nhan Phan becomes vice president of engineering at Metamarkets, which handles analytics for programmatic marketing. Phan previously held a similar position at Rubicon Project.
