Goodby, Silverstein & Partners has named Julia Mee chief marketing officer, a new position at the agency. She joins from Cisco Systems, where she was senior director of global advertising, media and sponsorships.
Havas New York has named Diana Vienne chief talent officer, working closely with president Laura Maness. Vienne previously held a similar position at Marina Maher Communications.
Mike Coates, president and chief executive officer for the Americas at H+K Strategies, is stepping down from his position after 33 years with the company. Coates will serve as global vice chairman based in Canada before officially retiring next year.
Linda Ong has been named chief culture officer at Civic Entertainment Group, a marketing services company. Ong was previously chief executive officer at TruthCo., which she founded.

The Weather Co. has named Jordan Bitterman chief marketing officer, replacing the departed David Jaye. Bitterman was previously chief strategy officer at Mindshare.
Digital
AccuWeather has named Mark Ebel vice president of business services for AccuWeather Enterprise Solutions, the company’s commercial arm. Ebel is a former senior vice president at Channel Intelligence.
Radio
CBS Radio has named J.D. Crowley executive vice president of digital, reporting to president Andre Fernandez. Crowley was previously senior vice president an general manager of digital media at CBS Television Distribution.
Westwood One has named Mark Wildman senior vice president of strategic partnerships, based in the company’s New York office. Wildman previously sold media, sponsorship and content programs at William Morris.
Magazines
People magazine has promoted Sara Nathan to executive editor for digital, putting her in charge of People.com’s news and programming. Nathan joined the title in April 2015 as news director for People.com.
