ABC’s original lineup grows on Monday
Finale of 'Great Light Fight' hits a season-high 1.3 in 18-49s

‘The Great Holiday Baking Show’ posts a 1.1, up from 0.9 last week.ABC was the only network with an original lineup Monday, and it seemed to pay off.
The network saw nice bumps for the finales of its low-rated holiday series “The Great Christmas Light Fight” and “The Great Holiday Baking Show.”
“Light” averaged a season-high 1.3 adults 18-49 rating from 8 to 10 p.m., according to Nielsen overnights, up 18 percent from last week’s 1.1.
“Baking” hit its best rating since its premiere, posting a 1.1, up 22 percent from a 0.9 last week. It finished second in the 10 p.m. timeslot to NBC’s “Saturday Night Live” Christmas special.
The “SNL” special won its 9 to 11 p.m. timeslot with a 1.3, though it was a repeat.
In fact, every other Big Five network besides ABC ran repeats. CBS’s 8 p.m. reruns of “The Big Bang Theory” were the night’s top shows with a 1.7 and 1.8 for the 8 and 8:30 p.m. episodes, respectively.
